The Rotary District 5360 Learning & Development Committee is excited to launch the sixth year of the Rotary-Rotaract Mentorship Program! We are reaching out to share more about the program and invite you to participate.
This mentorship program partners young Rotaractors with our wonderful Rotarians based on their career paths, aspirations, and interests! Our goal with this program is to enhance the relationship between Rotaractors and Rotarians by facilitating a two-way mentorship:
- Rotaractors will be able to draw on the life experiences of Rotarians for their personal and professional development
- Rotarians will also learn more about Rotaractors’ perspectives on digital technology and how they navigate tools like social media, the internet, the proper use of AI, and more!
After receiving positive feedback from last year’s participants about the growth they experienced and the memories they made through their mentorship pairing, our subcommittee is excited to grow the program through increased participation and a more structured approach, while also providing more resources and more fun events for participants!
NEW ADDITION!
To provide a more hands-on mentorship experience, Rotaractors will now have the opportunity to participate in experiential learning opportunities! Please keep your eye out for more information on how to be involved!
