To book the Float for your event or parade;

A. Confirm the date is available by reviewing the District Calendar ⇒⇒
B. Email Admin to provide and confirm the information contained therein.
C. Secure the booking with a $100 per use payment:

Additional Requirements:
 
Persons pulling the District trailer with their vehicle confirm that they have adequate vehicle insurance including not less than $1 million in liability insurance.
 
Must be able to transport 24' trailer containing the District Float via a vehicle with a 2 5/16 ball hitch and RV electrical hookup.
 
The float is in five pieces and 4 -5 people are required to put it together and take it apart - no tools are required.
A volunteer-supplied, 6' foot ladder to access the top of the float to place together the separate pieces would be beneficial.
 
Must be able to pick up from the previous location or from long-term storage located at 270050 Inverlake Road, Lyalta: 2 miles North and 2 miles East of #9 and #1 Highways. Should be able to store until the next event if necessary.

Base = 7' square, 44" high
Assembled = 12' 6" high
