On Saturday, 10 January, we had a final preparatory Zoom meeting with Isadora Brum Nesi. We were delighted that her parents Nilo and Loreci, and her brother, Joseph, could join in!
23-year-old Isadora lives in the town of Francisco Beltrao, in the province of Parana, in Brazil. She has degrees in Law and in Physical Education.
Isa is coming to our District on a New Generations Service Exchange (NGSE) program of 40 days, 20 of which will be spent in Medicine Hat, followed by two weeks in Canmore and a final week in High River. She arrives at Calgary International on Saturday, 17 January.
Our deep gratitude to Rotarians and friends of Rotary in these three cities who have developed a fabulous program for Isa, spanning the three NGSE pillars of vocation, service and cultural exchange.
