Do you love seeing people’s faces light up when they discover something new?
Do you enjoy guiding engaging conversations, keeping a room energized, and helping others grow?
If so, we’d love to have you on our Rotary Facilitator team!

Our Rotary District 5360 is building a dynamic roster of facilitators to deliver our upcoming “One Summit” seminars. These sessions are hands-on, fast-paced, and designed to inspire—so we’re looking for enthusiastic Rotarians who bring both heart and structure to the room.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking facilitators who:

  • Enjoy helping others learn and thrive
  • Bring positive energy and curiosity to every session
  • Can keep groups focused and on track—especially during timed activities
  • Are comfortable leading small and large group discussions
  • Believe in Rotary’s mission and want to help strengthen our clubs

Geographic Representation

To ensure our training reflects the diversity of our District, we’re recruiting three facilitators from each of these areas:

  • Calgary - completed
  • Red Deer - need 1
  • Lethbridge - need 2
  • Medicine Hat - completed

If you live in or near one of these communities and want to contribute to the future of Rotary leadership development, we want to hear from you!

Why Become a Facilitator?

  • Make a meaningful impact on club leaders and emerging Rotarians
  • Build your own leadership and communication skills
  • Work with an inspiring team of fellow volunteers
  • Help shape training that strengthens our District for years to come
