What we need from you, in the comments section of your registration:

1.  Name of Project

2.  Do you have a PPT or video

3.  Who will be making the presentation?

4.  Contact information.

5.  You must have a Table in the House of Friendship

6.  8 spots available

7.  Registrations close April 3, 2026, or when all spots are filled.

  • Prepare a tight, compelling 3-minute pitch
  • End with a clear call to action
  • Invite Rotarians to meet you at your display table in the House of Friendship
  • Book a table in advance so interested Rotarians can sign up, ask questions, and partner
  • Three minutes.- NO EXTENSIONS
  • One room.
  • Hundreds of potential partners.
  • You’ll need to be succinct — but that’s part of the power. Focus. Clarity. Impact.
