#wingfest2020, Wednesdays thru September

The Rotary Club of Red Deer- Urban Spirits is thrilled to announce this new take on Wing Fest for 2020. It's our chance to support those who have supported us and we couldn't possibly be more excited about this FRIEND-RAISER.❤️ A month long event to give back to the community that REALLY gave to us over the years making Wing Fest happen, donating hundreds and hundreds of chicken wings, all so our club and Rotaract could support local and international projects.

This our way of saying we got your back too.

Historically, this event has been a fundraiser supporting both community and international initiatives; however, for 2020, our event is focused solely on supporting local restaurants by encouraging central Albertans to order chicken wings (either in person or via takeout) throughout the month of September on Wing Wednesdays and to vote for their favourite wings across three categories - Creatively Inspired Flavour, Signature Recipe and Heat to Beat.

We are proud to announce #Wingfest2020 is a go. Take out, dine in, delivery....oh ya, wings are on the menu for Wing Wednesdays throughout September and our participants are bringing it!

RAYEC Camp, Aug 8 - 14, 2021

Planning is well underway for the 24th annual Rotary Alberta Youth Entrepreneurship Camp.
RAYEC 2021 will be held August 8 to 14 at Eagles Nest Ranch.  RAYEC is a business camp for youth aged 13-15.

The camp would not be possible without the financial support of the clubs of Rotary District 5360.  Sponsoring a camper/youth leader for the week is $1000.00.

All camp applications are processed centrally.  Clubs are not responsible for finding a youth, however, they can encourage youth in their areas to apply.
