The President-Elect Learning Session is an invaluable opportunity for Rotary leaders to prepare for a successful term. Attendees will learn to implement the Rotary Action Plan and Membership Action Plan in their clubs, setting goals and outlining actionable steps.
Topics like DEI, governance, succession planning, and maximizing support from Assistant Governors will equip president-elects with essential tools to lead effectively. Additionally, insights into Rotary Foundation, grants and giving will enhance their club’s impact locally and globally.

PRE PELS 1:
In this PRE PELS session we’ll have a conversation about the role of President and what you’d like to see happen during your term including a review of some basic tools. The importance of laying the groundwork for your term begins now. Make every effort to attend and engage; at minimum, please watch the recording when it becomes available.

In PRE PELS #2 session, we’ll focus on getting your team ready; you are not in this alone, and we’ll also chat about what to expect in your term. With these 2 PRE PELS sessions, you’ll be prepared to have a more detailed discussion and be ready to jump into action at the in-person session in March.
