- These roles are to support the members - Meetings - develop the agenda for the president to include speakers, upcoming announcements, greeters and sgts. I run the meeting and laptop. I could use someone to help with setting up the laptop, loading speaker presentations, dealing with dietary needs and food services when I am out of town - Meeting Speakers - Brent & David Kunst - no need for other members - Attendance - Cliff Eli - records who comes to the meetings for our stats and for members to see on their profile page - no need for other members - Fellowship - Charles Funk is the chair, this is to coordinate and organize outside meeting events for members. One every two months. - Greeters - Helen Henderson as you know does this. She doesn't need help - Sgt at Arms - Sam Seigl does this I don't think he needs help with organizing Sgts
