How to...Provide Promotional Information
Most events work up a poster and provide promotional materials for general distribution of the event.
A poster in PDF format that display the 5-Ws of information is a great way to spread event details.

Ensure the PDF production is can be down-sampled to a JPG for inclusion in the newsletter.

Provide the ticket purchase link separately so the poster can be linked within the news article.

In lieu of marketing materials, please provide a completed a sample layout in a word document

If your event does not have a marketing team and you are doing it all, check out sample posters provided by Rotary/BrandCenter/Materials/Event Resources that make your event easier to promote.

RI also has a planning guide to help make your event a total success.

P.S. Do not experiment with text, like above, for your promotional materials. This was done here to affect change only ;)
